Service Leads Network (“SLN”) provides a platform where affiliates, marketers, and individuals (“Affiliates” or “Users”) can promote approved advertisements, generate local service leads, and earn commissions based on verified activity.
By accessing or using our website, tools, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

• Affiliates create a free account to access promotional ads, graphics, and content provided by SLN.

• Affiliates share these materials online or offline to generate customer inquiries (“Leads”).

• SLN reviews and verifies leads, then assigns them to verified contractors within our network.

• Affiliates receive commissions for verified leads or closed jobs in accordance with their payout schedule.

SLN does not guarantee income, lead volume, or commission frequency. Earnings depend on performance and lead quality.

3. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Provide accurate personal information.

• Agree to follow all laws and advertising regulations in your state or country.

• Use only the ads, scripts, or templates approved by SLN.

SLN reserves the right to deny or terminate access to anyone for misuse or fraudulent activity.

4. Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates agree to:

• Use only authorized materials provided through the Platform.

• Refrain from making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.

• Never impersonate SLN or contractors directly.

• Avoid spamming, telemarketing, or unauthorized SMS/email campaigns.

• Submit only genuine, traceable leads.

Violating these terms may result in account suspension, commission forfeiture, or permanent removal from the program.

5. Commissions & Payments

• Commissions are paid via Stripe, PayPal, or other approved methods.

• Payouts occur after SLN verifies that the lead was valid and a contractor payment was received.

• Fraudulent, duplicate, or unverified leads will not be paid.

• SLN reserves the right to adjust payment schedules and thresholds with notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials on this site — including graphics, logos, ad templates, copy, and software — belong to SLN.
Affiliates are granted limited permission to use provided materials for promotional purposes only.
Any misuse or reproduction beyond authorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

SLN acts as an intermediary between affiliates, contractors, and customers.
We do not guarantee that every lead will result in a paid commission or contractor job.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLN is not liable for:

• Lost commissions or missed opportunities,

• Errors in lead reporting or analytics,

• Any damage resulting from third-party services or misrepresentation.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Policy violations,

• Fraudulent activity,

• Unethical marketing practices,

• Noncompliance with ad guidelines.

Affiliates may request account closure anytime by contacting support.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
The parties agree to resolve matters through informal negotiation first, then binding arbitration in Hays County, Texas if unresolved.

10. Changes to These Terms

SLN may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the new terms.
